MC-100 preamplifier was optimized for Moving Coil cartridges.
It could be modified for MM but it is not a simple task with some changes of components values.
First of all the input AD797 op-amp is not suitable for MM cartridge because of its input noise current issues and input bias current.
It should be replaced with a more suitable opamp like OPA1641, but this is a SMD package.
If you wish to modify the MC-100, I will be glad to help.
