Second Run
Most of the "european" boards, except for some latecommers and extra orders, where shipped this morning..

Hopefully the "rest"of the world will ship tomorrow morning or wednesday.

Only 4 extra boards left at the moment!
Unless I sell my 2 from this run, have 2 left from the before run.

Second Run
Will ship the outside EU tomorrow morning (today as usual..):clown:
All thow it says there are 2boards left in the spreadsheet, there is not!
Either Cogra shipped 2 less to me (did not count them) or somme one in the EU got 2 extra,(my mistake)please check when you get them.
It should be correct in the OUT EU orders, had to weight them due to custom declaraton.

Would be nice to see some pix in the builders thread later...🙂

I'm really looking forward to receiving my boards.😀

I'd like to see if I have any parts already in my cupboard. So does anyone know if there is a BOM. Farnell codes would be fantastic!

Aidan

Some Farnell numbers, hope this helps !

Hello guys,

I am still waiting to receive boards from Ryssen, but I want to order parts in the meantime. Those of you already received boards from Ryssen can please verify this thing for me?

Actual BOM by AAK uses panasonic 4700uf, 63v power supply capacitors from digikey (P7485). This capacitor has dimensions of 25mm diameter X 50mm hieght. Actually I want to use capacitors with 30mm diameter X 40mm hieght to reduce the total hieght. Can you guys please measure the diameter of the solder mask for the power supply capacitors and let me know whether capacitors with 30mm diameter fit?

Thanks in advance,
routhun

Hi routhun,

The PS caps don't need to be 4700uF at 63V unless you plan to use +\- 50V rails. Even 3300uF at 63V would work fine though your better off going with 4700uF with +/- 50V rails. Now, If you plan on using +/- 37V rails like MikeB's original design you could use 3300uF at 50V (DigiKey part# P6679) with a 30mm height. A rated 50V cap for +/-42V rails from 30V-0-30V transformer is also fine.

Regards,

Al

I will be using one big supply: 1KVA transformer 2x 29VACwith lots of filtering.

This will give me about 38/39V DC I may regulate to 35/36

I will be sending to 4 channels and expanding to 5 in future.

There will not be any diode rectification at the amp boards.

I am planning 2x 1500ufd at each amp board.

Any comments?
