Is anyone else having trouble getting the Mouser.com BOM to work?

Is anyone having trouble getting Mouser.com to accept/purchase the PA03 BOM? I read and re-read the Mouser.com instructions for uploading a .XLS BOM tried several times without luck. I tried the cut and paste approach after uploading the .XLS BOM failed, again without luck. I tried over a couple of days at various times thinking it may have been a bandwidth issue. Alas, it failed. What is it I am doing wrong? I figure it is user error on my part...

Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Whenever I have a problem I call them and it get resolved. Hope this helps.
