4020 work in this circuit as counter and after one cycle is stoped - I think that all will be OK....
How about;
1/ “GBU801 — TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR — BRIDGE RECTIFIER, 8A 50V” substitute for KBU8
2/ “OPA134PAG4 — TEXAS INSTRUMENTS — IC, OP-AMP HI-PERF AUDIO”
Both from Farnell Australia.

I think that depends on if you buy the non-isolated or isolated chip. I do believe they make both kinds of the 4780 just like they do of the 3886 and the 3875
Did anyone already bought all the parts needed?
If so, can you give a full list to a supplier for easy order (like digikey/mouser etc)?

Proper layout?
Wondering if there are suggestions for the recommended distance between the board and the (toroid) power transformer? Will a spacing of a couple inches from the power side of the PC board cause any hum pickup problems? Does transformer orientation matter? Thanks,
Bob G.

You can have the transformer rather close if it's a toroid. A couple of inches will be perfectly alright.

I have got the Wago connectors but the package is wandering about but I'll hope I'll have it tomorrow.
Too Late?
Sorry but I find the group buys very confusing. Are boards still available and how exactly do I order?
If I am the only one I apologise for wasting your time.
Regards
Paul [mechanical engineer???!!!]

People have paid me and I have ordered the boards, then shipped them. The idea behind a group buy is that that people pay in advance then will orders be placed.

Bravo Pavel....
This beauty sounds great. I am testing it with a 2x25V toroid.
Its dead quit, unless you play music of course. No hum or other rubbish. Pure music.
Soon i will post photos of the results.
