The Raal is crossed at 3K with a third order electrical and the accuton 2nd order electrical.
Why ?
Because when I looked at the harmonic distortion of both drivers 3k was perfect:
- high enough so that the distortions of the Raal below 2k are enough suppressed.
- low enough so that the distortions of the Accuton above 5k are enough suppressed.
- The third order electrical on the Raal and 2nd order electrical on the accuton are with the acoustical rolloff of the drivers translated in both 4th order acoustic slopes with perfect phase integration.
That's all what I needed 😉

Like ScottG, westwood and Face (did I forget someone? 😉) already told you: you need a calibrated mic to see the frequency response otherwise you're more like being blindfolded.
Software simulation of the filter is good as a rough sketch but to know what you're doing you need to do measurements and play around with a test setup of the filter.
You'll advance much faster this way !

Update: I got my Passive XO....right now tried with Solen...i had left speaker setup with passive XO....and right speaker still with Active setup...

Guess what my Passive Sucked big big time....right now there is solen cap...i am getting omnimic tomorrow...but i really doubt even if measurement is spot on i would like to stay with the passive....

I am also getting Russian Caps...and Mundorf too...if that doesnt help i am going back to active XO....

well still gonna try sometime before i give up on this...
