Great news for anyone interested in SLOBs who will be attending the 2024 Burning Amp Festival!
Nelson has generously donated a pair of beautiful Cherry wood SLOBs that were featured in the 2022 Speaker Camp. These are fitted with the ultra rare Moth full rangers and 15" Eminence woofers. Also included will be an active SLOB crossover built by the man himself!
They'll be on display In the Pass Room at BAF Saturday and Sunday, and then auctioned off to help raise funds for future Burning Amp Festivals.

Bump! Having ample woodworking tools, and experience making a few traditional speaker boxes, makes this an appealing project. However, i have no experience measuring and dialing in speakers but do have a focusrite scarlett and REW. Just no idea how to use them yet.
My main listening room is 18×40ft, 8 foot ceiling. A big L shape, maybe 1000 sq ft total. I could maybe pull the OBs 3 feet off the wall before WAF would kick in.
Is trying a fools errand?
