I think you could accomplish that with the Compound Horn Wizard.

But a vented rear chamber and a series tuned chamber produce dramatically different results.

Yes, just the VRC/Ap-Lpt section of Horn Response was being used for these SIMs most often with the SL section off the frontside of the cone. Hence the ‘vented rear’ name drop, but more recently CH mode s5/s6(L56) is a really great alternative it. Smooother seems to be the transition.
