I was going to chime in to help with US distribution, but Bill in SF beat me to it. He is closer to a airport but if it does not work out with him I will be your fallback. Also you may change your DNS server on your PC it may be your issue with emails.

Normally when you start you computer the router gives your computer an IP address, subnet address, and DNS server. The DNS server it gives is one you locale internet provider gives. You don't need to use it you can permanently assign one that is higher up on the internet chain. You provider should be able to give you one or you can probably google for it, and you will need to go into your TCIP property and assign it.
