Respected All,
Any guideline for making inductor manually by hand to be used as a Zobel network with 10 ohm 2w resistor.
For example what would be the number of cooper wire and how many number of turns on a specific diameter because i don't have a inductance meter.

Just made a pile of them ... what value do you need ?
Standard forum AB amp ones , (1.5 - 2uH) would be wound around a AA battery ...
16 turns = 1.5+ uH - 20 turns = 2uH (16ga).

Thank you so much sir.
Can i use this type of coils/ inductor in the passive filter/cross over circuit for speakers(sub woofer) ?
we should to consider the both ending turns in the total 16 ot 18 turns (e.g. 16 = 16+2 = 18).
I need 2200 mh also..

No , very different on the sub passive Xover. For the amp , we are blocking
RF and just need micro-henries.
The sub needs milli - henries ... much more inductance. Better to buy a pre-wound
Ferrite inductor. Another way is to X-over the amp driving the sub using
an op-amp set to pass low frequencies only.
PS -16 -18 turns .... It's close - RF will be blocked , amp will be happy.

Ok sir I almost understand your point, but i don't wants to add a separate channel for sub woofer and i will use BTL mode for sub woofer and connect sub-woofer through a low pass passive cross over.
If you have any simple and good quality schematic of low pass passive cross over then please share it with me Thanks.

What you think about this one. how i can build this:
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Looks like one electrolytic and one cored inductor.
For an LF driver that would amount to a 2pole filter.

I have used 1mm, 1.25mm and 1.4mm enameled copper wire to make output inductors.
Recently I tried 1.6mm diameter wire. This makes a slightly bigger and more robust coil, if you have the space to accommodate it somewhere on the route to the speakers terminals. 1.6mm is now my favourite.
I generally use a temporary bobbin of between 10mm and 20mm diameter and now use an AA battery since it is always available.

Sir can you explain cooper wire (ga) except size in mm and number of turns, if you use AA size battery then it will be easy for me as well to build inductor.
And sir please share the other details e.g. the capacitor value or the complete schematic
for Mid, high and low frequency.

Ok and what would be number of turns , diameter , what would be the inductance ?
Sir because i don't have inductance meter 🙁.

Air Core Inductor Coil Inductance Calculator
AA battery is .55" @ 14mm dia. Use above calculator link - .55 / 1" coil length ,
and # of turns - 1.55uH.
That's an "air core - easy !
The ferrite iron core / ferrite core has additional variables of material type /
magnetic permeabilty/shape and size ... and the gauge/ turns.
Better to purchase a pre-made one (or just build/buy an inductance meter)..
Here we go ! 😀 - can't afford an LCR meter - ...

Ost,
that link gives the inductance formula they have used.
Does it apply to single layer coils only?
or
does it apply for all multi-layer and single layer coils?

No way, this one starts at 3uH minimum!
Dear All,
According to the table given on the following address
A Guide to Crossover Networks & Crossover Settings - Blu-ray Forum
I need 6.8uh inductor, Is there any local method to build this inductor?

That page you linked to is quite long.
I can't see 6.8uH in there. I must have missed it.
I can see a table half way down, but the smallest inductor in the table is 39uH (if I read the small print correctly).
