Success! Although that sinewave doesn’t look the cleanest, usually isn’t this “fugly”, and it’s the same wether I use main negative terminal or negative speaker terminal as ground, what usually causes the sinewave to distort like that?

Do you see the same transients if you probe the rail voltage or the negative speaker terminal?

No on both. But seems to sound clean on test woofer
