I don’t see anything that would cause ty r 22 ohms between the rca shields and main ground terminal .
I have a Orion 5 k amp here and it measures exactly the same 22 ohms from main ground to rca shields

From R473 to the rca shields I bet tradings in the mega ohms and from R473 to the main ground also get readings in the mega ohms .
I will lift one side of that resistor and see if it changes anything
Lifting the resistor does nothing still 22 ohms from rca shields to ground terminal

There is a 22 ohm resistor that connects primary ground to secondary ground .
It’s a 22 ohm 5 watt resistor .
So wondering if you have any suggestions on how to cure the noise that back feeds into other amps in the system

Increase the value of that resistor.
One problem is could create is that a regulated power supply with an isolated secondary (except for this resistor) and no optical coupling, the regulation may become less stable, especially with no grounded signal source plugged in. It may or may not be a problem in this amp.
