Only static from Pioneer F-91, help TS?

Please help me troubleshoot my beloved Pioneer F-91 tuner. There is just noise coming out all of a sudden.

Firstly, check you have tuning voltage. It starts at about 40 volts across C404

I could not immediately find C404 but the thing actually tunes and locks to stations. And in fact, behind all static I do hear a faint trace of the actual broadcast.

I can spot C403 but cant find 404. Should be here somewhere... right?
