Funny Y is 52V but board states 48V you mentioned, and that would be T version 🙂 I think they are EOL, no longer in production.
The ampboard seems to need separate 5V then. (JP4 pic) A stepdown converter on aux voltage smps1200a180 ?

Yes the T version!!!! Can you elaborate on " stepdown converter on aux voltage smps1200a180", I'm illiterate in these matters!!!

Voltage is right, but doesn't need to be dual rail. Any issues just using the + side of the supply?
Some people use these with their Class D amps Mean Well MW NES-350-48 48 VDC 7.3A 350W Regulated Switching Power Supply but you have to deal with the fan noise somehow (modify with a larger fan). You'd need another small 5v supply in conjunction for that other 5v rail.
What is the + side ?.According to documentation the Z30T has 2 +48V and 1 +5V, no -Volts! I would really like to not use a fan if that is possible : ). Is there any specific 5v psu that you could recommend?

Would this ""Douk Audio 350W Switching Power Supply 48V"" work? Or should I stay away from it and those alike ?
Connexelectronic SMPS300RE seems to be an interesting alternative with adjustable volt output (+-10%) that should work.

The connex supply is 300w into +- rails though - will it be half that just into the + rail? (amp boards are single rail)

No idea of the quality, but it fits the bill specs wise. Single rail, and can use the 12v aux voltage with a 5v reg.
My apologies, it is single rail. It looks ideal (SMPS300RS)
Great , Thanks alot 🙂. I'll get the smps300rs 48V and the converter module for the 5V ampboard from the frensh shop you linked to.

Was there ever any conclusion to this. I’ve had two ref9’s in a closet because (I’m assuming) one of the power supplies failed and I’d love to get them working again. Also. It’s a little disheartening that these things were many thousand dollars and the power supply looks like it’s worth $40. And the power supply in my case only lasted a couple years—maybe 3?
