"continuity test" ?
Is that ohms, or something else?

You were told to measure output offset.
If you don't know what that is, or how to do it, then ask.
Posting 510 is nonsense.

Burbeck even went to the trouble of describing the test
power up and measure DC voltage from ground to to output of the amp

One is: C4467
Then under that it reads 40 Y (looks more like a "V"

Then: A1694
Under that: 50 P

I've found a few Mosfets, but they read 00 Y, not "40 Y" just 2 zero's

Is that right, or?

judging from your post, i would advice you to bring your amp to a qualified repair technician...it is for your own safety....

anger? nah, just a sincere concern for your safety, you have to start learning the basics, remember you will be dealing with electricity and that can kill if you are not careful...

i will have to close this thread for now, as i can see that you will only be harrassed here...pm me when you think you have learned the basics...
