Considering the type of music, I'm guessing one listens to this on the likes of an "Air-pod"...& doesn't broadcast it around a neighborhood....if this were to be broadcast in my neighborhood...you'd be dodging Molotov Cocktails....& the rest of the neighbors would be "recharging" my supply of "cocktails".

I listen to this and many other excellent tunes like this on my tubes at high volume - I don't own a Apple product or any earbud/IED crap. They don't work for me - I require open back headphones.
I also think throwing Molotovs at someone because you don't like their music is not only an indictable offence, but also more than a little excessive.
Some people would just ask the person to lower the volume 🙄
The first commercial stereo LPs came out in 1957, by 1965 they knew what they were doing just fine.

Perhaps I should rephrase for you: They didn't know what to use it for. It is the newest recording I've heard that is "60's stereo" as I refer to it. California Dreamin' is similar.
