And now for something completely different
Styx Kilroy was here.
some pretty cheesy lyrical content but I still think it's great 🙂

ok, ok, keep calm Bach rules (or better Baches, as they come in a crowd?)

C.V. Joergensen - skygger af skoenhed.... some danish stuff. I'd be surprised if anybody other than the danes in here know him.
If you are in NYC
a must hear is Berlioz "Benvenuto Cellini" at the Metropolitan Opera -- there's another performance on December 18th. You really get your "$ per ounce of tenor" and the soprano is fantastic..

was just listening to "the guitar album"
double live LP. I'm particularly fond of Joe Beck's rendition of miles davis's "all blues". Great production value overall on the record.

Buck 65 - Talkin' Honky Blues.
Not incredible sound, but a brilliant album. A mixture of hip-hop and country (!) that works almost like a audio novel of down and out American life.
Never heard of Buck 65 before, got this after a review in 'Wire' magazine.
I now look forward to exploring his other recordings...
