Now Playing + What are you listening to?

As I get more and better knowledge of David Sylvian's music, I more and more like it.
This man is a true musician, who has original sounding music.
Similar dimensions in itself has become to me like Peter Gabriel.
Happy to recommend it to anyone who loves the music, which I like.

With all the classical music discussion going on, I feel kind of out in the cold with my current listening-- Enter the Haggis' "Gasoline," which is pretty much the bastard lovechild from an orgy between punk, alternative, and traditional celtic/world music.

I also find myself woefully in the dark for much in the way of classical music. I really should fix this one of these days.

a. wayne, way dig that clip. Brass section is awesome and the rhythm section too--cool runnings...moves the "I" closer to Jah

I have on Colin Neman's " Not to". Fave tracks: "Safe and 1,2, 3 Beep Beep"...BRB... .would you believe I just had to run to get the cat off the record!? Curious little evil thing!

Cheers

There Must Be An Angel (Playing With My Heart) <Tanimoody Mix>
Remixed by TANIMOODY (Paolo Scotti)

I don't have that much Electronica, but I have an extreme admiration for the artist (田中知之, Tanaka Tomoyuki) from Japan, who records under the name 'Fantastic Plastic Machine'

One of those instances where you hear a song, find out what it is, and then find that the artist is not a one hit wonder, but really quite good.

I like the contrast in that his medium/style is not similar to much of anything else in my collection.
