Just wanted to drop in here and post that the Irakere album "Bailando Así" is just incredible... If you enjoy 'salsa' type music, that is (although this is not salsa, per se).
The musicianship is simply astounding.
The recording is dynamic, but definitely brash and can be grating on some systems. The record was mixed to play LOUD from LP, not digital. From about 1985.
