Listening (again) to the 'new' Jimi Hendrix Experience CD, Live at the Hollywood Bowl 1967. Never officially released or bootlegged before, one of only a few 1967 shows around, such as London, Monterey, Sweden and Paris.

Interesting show, standard set list including Like a Rolling Stone, acceptable sound (radio soundboard rather than multi-track). Mitch and Noel play up a storm but audience rather muted, as they were waiting for the Mamas and Papas. Jimi amazing as usual:
