Ken Follet's "Pillars of the Earth" -- looks to be a jv between Hungary, Germany and Canada -- just great. The book is available on Amazon, and the video is on Netflix.
I read the book.
This is Ken Follet most enjoyable creation for me.
Possibly yet the "Eye of the Needle".

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - Die Zauberflöte
Karl Böhm - - - Fritz Wunderlich - Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau - Franz Crass
5 days ago I moved to another apartment here in good old Tornesch (a town nearby Hamburg). The street's name is "Zauberflöte". 🙂 A fine occasion to play the above-mentioned recording, not least I adore Wunderlich and I once got to know Katharina Böhm, the wonderful grand-daughter of Karl.

Loreena McKennit music tries to hush the sea of my stormy soul on this afternoon. (And the good beer.)

Dietrich Buxtehude - Membra Jesu Nostri - Ad Manus
Four years ago this day, this is the music I listened that night.
It was a Tuesday day only.
How was it possible to leave this universe here?
Maybe, that not the best one between the existing ones, and it is hostile to a man.
But then wonderful.
It is Finished.
