The box looks nice, but with the kit, you get the 5" and then an ~8" passive radiator. So wouldn't you do a closed box?
Chris would have bought them 7 years ago. No idea what we originally paid for them.

The box in the pic is the bass reflex text box with 4L driver volume and 43hz port
Next test boxes are the passive radiators replacing that port volume. In ply, it is super easy to do half an egg cross section. In foam, even more options for shape and added advantage that the box can keep growing in one dimension at any point in its life
'HF' means different things to different people! What are the frequencies which you have found to be significant? Cheers, Carl.
