Hi All,
I am using FDP075N15A (150V 77nC Qrr 264nC 92A) Its good for Class D amp who running FSW=300KHz
and another one is FDP083N15A (150V 64nC Qrr 268nC 82A)
Regards

I agree, and IMHO FDP series is the best within 150 V category. Im using FDP2552 for more than a decade.
Im concerned what will happen after ONSemi acquired Fairchild...

Nice specs, only annoying part is that you'll need to use clips/clamps to hold them on the heat sink
True, but you do it like in most car amps, two fets with one screw and cross bar, that wouldn't be the end of the world, having the specs like thatNice specs, only annoying part is that you'll need to use clips/clamps to hold them on the heat sink
Well, I just made a list what we have so far.
(I'll upload it later as xls file)
It's interesting what people find important specs.
If we are talking/discussing about the Qrr, it's interesting how some good alternative (according to some users) have actually a pretty low Qrr value.
I guess that means they prefer to use external diodes instead.
As always, it depends on the design, compromises and costs.
Maybe it's handy to write down a few thumb rules for easy viewing.
price are from digikey btw, for 500 pieces.

I found another interesting device: IPG20N10S4L
Only giving it enough cooling on a practical way is going to be a difficult challenge 🙁

Probably Manufacturers are eyeing upon Carbon nano tube technology to replace the current Mosfets.
It is been said that Carbon nano tubes conducts 1.9x times better than silicon.

Wow! This is really good!

- Nice MOSFETs for class D from IR (or how they try to impose us the DirectFet thrash)
