I was checking your assertion on power supply but the distortion was asymptotically approaching 100% when I turned the power off. Just then the lights went out.

Have you used de L'Hospital's principle to calculate distortion?

Err NO! I was fairly sure of the 100% but remind me of L'Hopitals principle, It's been a while.
