Hello .. a couple of pictures of the muting relays

finally put the bottom panel on with the chrome feet

and in the final position with the power on .. just as a trial run

just need to check the remote volume control function and mute function .. so far so good no hum

Hello just checked the mute function seems to work all ok .. green LED on

more final pics .. some thoughts & changes

1. I have changed the output wiring to screened cables
2. have attached a few pics of the rear .. to include power connections
3. Not happy with the pot cable connections next time will use screen cable to reduce noise
4. Will make a seperate power supply for the remote volume control to reduce interference

any way folks until the next preamp amp build that's it ...

also .. i may light up the reses chassis connectors for the pots .. just to make it more pleasing and a little bit more bling .. why .. because I can

also just noticed a few a rear panel location screws missing .. just shows you when you make a few pictures and take the time to study them what you find is missing ... power of the camera

OK .. a small update on this preamp I think for the cost of the basic unit provides good value for money. So I have decided to upgrade the 1st unit I made some 20 years ago can you believe this ..

In this build upgraded power supplies and control potentiometers for bass treble and volume etc
