I need data sheet so as successor types of no longer available Sharp hologram laser diode, that inside in all Philips CDM12 and VAM variantes. The type is follow:
LTOH30PA (LT0H30PA)
Additional I need a successor type of SONY's diode SLD104AU and SLD104BUL Datasheet see about

I will try to replace this laser diode. Therefore I need currently types, that are compatible both mechanical and electrical.
