Is tda 1541 compatible with the Kali reclocker ?
i want to use usb hard drive to provide the music. It is independently powered by external 5 V dc.
Which will provide better sound ? Sparky or RPi ?

Does the Kali output Time Simultaneous mode or the standard I2S mode where both L/R data are multiplexed?
Do you all feel it's worth the wait for the Kali 2 as opposed to just picking up the Kali at the present?
I have been waiting for the Kali 2, but I'm not sure. How much better will it be than the original? Only the folks at Allo know at this point.
Kali does i2s, not PCM.Does the Kali output Time Simultaneous mode or the standard I2S mode where both L/R data are multiplexed?
The Kali 2 was dued some time ago if I recall well. Any schedule ?
The last I read was to have patience and any details regarding release will be notified when available. That was a little while ago, though, but sure would be nice to have some sort of time line.
Don't mean to rush but I do understand R/D will take some time especially if taken into account of making a better version.
Volt+ D v1.3
BOOM.
Ladies and gents , Volt+ D (ouble) was received.
All capacitors in the analog path are film 🙂))
We hooked up the Volt direct to speakers......testing team apparently started to dance (while normal in Bollywood movies I assure you it never happens in reality)
OK..OK I know its not a objective test.
I am happy to announce that Volt+ D revision 1.3 PCB is singing .
Next week... AP testing .

Damn, that looks beautiful. Any idea when it will become available in the US?
So finally an amp to open your inner Bollywood dance moves! Can I sign up for four Ginger Rogers mono blocks with stepped attenuators?
I suspect the most improvements in THD are related to these bigger and low distorting inductors as we've shown in the past.
Any plans to swap TPA3118 for the newer TPA3128 as this improves output impedance and burst ratio?

Hi All,
I have acquired TI's PurePath and would like to try my hand at playing with the DSP in the Piano 2.1. Am I correct in understanding that I will need Allo's .pfw files? Do they make those available, and if so, can anyone provide them?

I have some discussion on using TI's GDE with Piano2.1 at Raspberry Pi with Piano2.1 DAC DSP and Volumio2
