Brian, I just pay paled you for a set of the power supply board and a set of the amp boards. I assume this is a stereo set? it occurred to me I usually build dual mono, do I need to pay for another PS board, or is the one sufficient for a stereo amp, on the same chassis of course.
Lastly, is there a BOM anywhere?
Thanks for the opportunity to build this.

Hi, I'm new to the forum.Excuse my English.
M aleph boards this January will be available on sale? If yes, this would be in rev2 ? Thanks

F5 from Brians pcb's
Has anyone built a F5 based on these boards ? If so could you please post the details and/or a simple stuffing guide ? The mini-A is a little to small for ineffiecent speakers where the F5 may be just right ! I'm basically looking for something with a little more power but wont break the bank building it ! Any help would be greatily appreciated Thank's !😕

The miniA can be a 30W amp. Just use those little boards that came on the side of the main board. Populate them and make sure your toroid can handle it. Download the BOM and make changes between MiniA and Aleph30. Easier than building F5. Need bigger sinks, make sure if you change voltage that the caps can handle it.
Udaily Thank's: I realize that one can use the output boards ect ... but after looking at some of the F5 stuff I've seen it using 2) Irf240's thus not needing additianal componets. Also Hoping to use smaller heatsink's and transformer.
thor f5 boards are available to purchase in the store here on diyaudio F4 & F5 - PCB Bank
also you'll find more than you need to know about them in the passlabs forum here Pass Labs - diyAudio
cheers

I am building an mono block Aleph J with brian's boards and had a question about the psu boards. Is there a way I can wire it to use all six caps for just one channel to take advantage of more filtering? Why would you not use R3-R12 and take advantage of less ripple?
The power supply has 3 caps per rail. You have a + rail and - rail. Each channel needs power from the + rail and - rail to operate.
The three caps per side are not for each channel.
If you are making monoblocks, you will need two power supply boards.
You can add the resistors to get the CRC filtering, but just be sure they are the correct wattage

Power=Amps * Amps * Resistance
I don't remember what the idle current is for your Aleph J (2.4A per channel??), but I think 3W is too low for a stereo pair, and pushing it for a mono.

Any more mini aleph boards still available?
I second that. For Aleph J quick build

I still have Mini-A boards available.
I still have Mini-A boards available.
Oh ! Nice, do they accomodate the J74/J109 and bipolar CCS easily ? Is it possible to see a layout of the board ? How much do you charge for them ?
Great thanks.
Best,

I still have Mini-A boards available.
PSU boards available too?
Thanks.
