Neutrik A1 service manual and schematucs

I have Neutrik A1 and A2, but now A1 is with my friend. A2 is broken. After I repaired it, it should work normally now. One of the faults is that the power supply has no power output. The reason is that a tantalum capacitor is broken and it is short-circuited. Hope it helps you.

Neutrik A1 / A2 repairs

Hello all
Ken Ruecker here Service manager at NTi-Audio in Tigard , Oregon.

Repairs and support are available for the A1 / A2 products.
We have A1 service manual but just one copy I can share.
A2 printed Service manuals are available for sale $65.00
Some limited parts are available.
Happy to share the knowledge base.
NTI is the management buy out of Original Neutrik Test division in Schaan Lichtenstein.

NEUTRIK A2

I have the A2 for many years.
It displays now during calibration a message: Cal. source filters GAIN 02 HIGH.
Any ideas?
I noticed also that using W&F test and selecting IEC/DIN and 3000Hz I performed a test. I switched off the A2. Then I turned it on and selected W&F the frequency is at 3150Hz not at 3000Hz it didn't save may previous setting.
Is this normal or something is wrong with the memory?
Any help will be very appreciated?
