I need 2x27V the same voltage when blaupunkt use in this supply...so i don't modify the tranformer, for me the problem is elsewhere...
Maybe i must use the clc filter ?

There's no load on the output. That will affect the voltage.
It's not regulated (as far as I know) so the output voltage will be determined by the input voltage.
Do you have the transistors and rectifiers clamped to a heatsink?

I put the lcl filter and now the output voltage is stable, 2x31.6V and don't move
The input voltage is 13.8v stable
I haven't heatsink
the next step ?

no it accept from 2x +/-18V to +/-45V
I discharge condensator and mesure the voltage and now i have 2x27.6 stable with lcl filter but resistor of the lcl filter are very hot 😱
you can find my amp here
PSC-Audio | Module KIT | Module PsC-Audio | FET100 - 100W @ 4Ohm; 65W @ 8Ohm ± 45V; 0,1%THD

No i talk about the resistor who is in serial with a 100nF condensator to build the lcl filter this filter is at the primary of the transformer.

You MUST have a heatsink.
The CLC filter is made up of the large filter capacitors near the power and ground terminals and the large wirewound core between the capacitors.
I don't have a diagram of the circuit but it appears that you may be referring to the snubbers. They connect across the primary windings (and sometimes the secondary windings).

The amp with the supply works well and the sound is great 🙂😛
For the LCl filter i think to keep it but i'll will change the resistor 2w 22ohms on the shematics by resistor 10w 22ohms i prefer to have bigger resistor du to the heat of them.
I can give you the schematics Perry, if you want it ?

just for information the voltage at output in very stable with music 2x27V 🙂
It's the same voltage on the blaupunkt amp 🙂
I will post a photo of my supply tomorrow and i'll begin an new supply 🙂
Thanks again Perry ! your help is very useful and help me a lot 🙂
sincerely thanks 🙂

Hello 🙂
Yes i talk about snubbers and they connect across the primary windings (but not the secondary windings).
for a first smps do you think i do a nice work ? I ask that because i know you are a professional 🙂
i will modify components position and build this supply on a 16x20 epoxy board because this version is on a 10x15 board and it's more difficult to place components....

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

It worked on the first try, that's good.
When doing this (or virtually anything complex), if you ask for opinions you can expect a lot of advice that you may find critical or otherwise undesirable. There are probably a lot of things that could be better but it does what you need it to do. If I put up a board that I designed and asked what needed to be done to make it better, people who do this type of work professionally could probably find MANY things that they would change.
A larger board may not be better. Generally, it's best to keep all traces as short as possible, especially when dealing with switching power supplies.

hello Perry
thanks 🙂
I also test the thermal protection and it work, the led shine and power off after the temp is down.... under-voltage also work 🙂
In fact i would like to build a bigger supply with more fet do you think i can put 2 mosfet on each coil of the transformer, this will have a total of 8 fets.
but i don't know if i can do that without changing transformer and driver ?
for information driver ar pnp 2sa965
do you think they can drive 4 fet each ?
how many fet they can drive ?
thanks 🙂

Those drivers should be able to drive 4 FETs easily.
The drive current will be determined by the number of the FETs, the input capacitance/total gate charge of the FETs and the operating frequency. Unless you use FETs that are very hard to drive or you increase the operating frequency significantly, those drivers will be OK.

Ok thanks a lot Perry 🙂
For the moment i build the new version with the same schematics but i try to improve it 🙂

Hello 🙂
That's ok i build the new pcb version of my smps 🙂
I wait for components and build it after 🙂
ps: heat-sink for fet and diode will be mount on the same pcb ! 😎
