Can´t you just leave the binding post on the chassis (not connected) and make a base underneath with a nice powercord and speaker bindings?
That way you´ll keep it all original and safer because the bottom is closed.

I think the 3.5k OPT is a bit high, with the voltages that you have, 2.5k might be better (espically if you plan to run in pentode mode), as for the choke, something like the Hammond 193D or 193G should work, both are rated for 150mA Idc.
I will do some measures and see if it will fit there.
I'm studying the output stage (UL or not), to make a better decision. The OPs will be the last components that I will order.
