Hi guys, I have a PylePro- PTA-1400 with a failed JRC 074D quad fet op amp (one channel went out). I'm looking for a replacement I can use as a direct drop in. I'm not very good at finding replacements online.
Thanks
David

That should be meant to be an original TL 074, methinks.
What you have is just a low cost source version.
Any quad - low noise FET input OP AM should do, even the venerable LF347.
If you want you may take the occasion to use a more modern ( and less noisy) one like the
OPA4134 .

Thanks for the info, do you think any of these op amps would work?

If its an 14 pin DIP package just go with a TL074. Its a FET input device so I would stick with like for like i.e. don't try and fit an LM324 even though it would probably work. The suggestion above of the OPA4134 would probably be OK (its a good device) but its more current hungry.
Ok good there's a TL074 in the listing I posted so I'll go with 2 or 3 of those (in case something goes wrong) and a dip socket.
I'm going to place an order.
Thank you both for your help 🙂
