I’m running into another problem as well - the sound seems to sputter literally under load - like static but timed with beats or large draw of power in music - volume is not set very high at all - about 10 -15 watts - almost seems like a loose contact somewhere ? Seems to pop up after a few hours of play sometimes - it’s intermittent
Could be- noticing now that sometimes it’s on cold start as well.. wonder how to deduce which cap it might be- or just go ahead and redo them all ? The amp sounds so musical even with all that sputtering.. wish it was clean ! Would be a joy to listen to

Well that takes us to the realm of fault finding with a scope, looking what the noise looks like at the speaker and seeing where it enters the audio chain.
If you replace all caps only fit like for like values and also check the orientation of each on the board before removal. It is not unknown for board markings to be in error, same for diagrams. So replace like for like as to what is actually fitted.
Also be aware that we are assuming the noise is a cap but of course it could be another issue entirely. Dry joints are common and intermittent failure of semiconductors that run hot is another.
