No, Outdoor PA has a lot of rules to achieve "sound quality". The rules are just a little different from HIFI.
If you ignore these rules, the sound will suffer. If he wants to copy something, why does he ask? So I tell him what he can do better.

Alright Turbowatch, I suggest you make an alternate plan to get maximum sound down to around 80hz one (1) semi-compact package.
This is about max SPL in more or less 4/pi. Listening environment is highly unpredicteable.
FWIW, I agree with the rest here. No point in focusing on fidelity, loudest possible per $ with not completely mismatched frequency response is "good enough".
Please remember that this is something that will be carried around to some extent, can not be huge or heavy.
IMO you'd get most of the way making a compact box for the Fane 12-250TC + speaker grills a single TPA3251 and some DSP, less amp channels, less filters, less work.
