Hi Dr Mordor.

It would be really nice to understand a little more about the design of this project and the choice of components such as the Gan Fets and driving chip (why TI). How is the the conversion done from the analogue input to drive the output ?

Some of us more nerdy guys are interested in this stuff and would love to understand more of the creative side of these projects.

The design is actually not very complicated.
Comparator and 3 gain loops
The choice is based on availability.
Russia is under sanctions, the choice is not great, even these components had to be bought through intermediaries.
But in fact the LMG1210 driver and Fet EPC2215 are very good for building an amplifier up to 600 - 800 watts of power.
There is also protection against overload and overheating. And DC-protection if use my SMPS
