MrJam,
I'd also like to have a look at your detailed plans, as I'm thinking of building a transport based on the CD-PRO2M. Please send them to ssassen(at)hardwareanalysis(dot)com.
Thanks and best regards,

Hi Johnny!
I remember I already sent the file to your account.
Didn't you receive it?
If you want to receive Rev.2 of the circuit ..sorry ..you have to wait 🙁
My job makes me busy at the moment so.. no much time for the player!
For all the guys who received the plans: as soon as I'll finish the revision I will send the new schematics and layouts
I saved all your mail addresses. Be patient!
Meanwhile you have to build all the panels
Ah, the silk-screens are done! Toner tranfer on the front panel and laser engraving on the black anodyzed panels. Some photos soon!
Definitely WONDERFUL!!!
The name I choosed is "Preludio", that means prelude: the beginning of a big opera!!

It's the same account😀 😀
I already tried!! I received the follow:
- These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:
stan@stanklimekstudio.com; Failed; 5.5.0 (other or undefined protocol status)
Remote MTA mail.stanklimekstudio.com: SMTP diagnostic: 554 The IP Address of the sender (193.70.192.92) was found in a DNS blacklist database and was therefore refused.
Do you have another account?

re the magnet idea.
Couldnt the oppsing manets have a larger doughnut shaped magnet and a smaller domed magnet with a small centre pin into a larger hole. It would mean the magnets opposition holding the unit horizontally as well and only contact from the cables (the guides would only come into contact if it recived a bigger shock when moving the item)...
Or would an out of balance CD cause too much oscilation for this to work well?
Love the CD player it is stunning

Hi MrJam...
If you'd like, I can host the files on my webserver so people can just download them with a link from this thread...
Just a thought. I'll take a copy either way! Been looking for a good machining project!
