My Hiraga 'Le Monstre'

finally, after a long time I can say that the amplifier is alive 😀
Unfortunately, due to my job( HVAC engineer ) and the scorching heat across the Mediterranean, I have no free time at all, so I consider this a great success 🤣.I'm not on the forum either, but I hope everything will be back to normal in a week or two.
For now the amplifier will still be in the workshop, I have to finish the PCB of the auxiliary power supply and the filter. The only problem is that I went a little overboard with the quiescent current which is too high for these heatsinks. I planned 1.6A and in the end it ended up with 2.1A.
Due to overheating the first listening test was only one hour but even that was enough to say WOW.

Congrats my friend.
78C ....too much...
I played it on my own amplifier Hiraga at 1.5A and I said exactly the same thing, WOW a lot of detail especially in the highs, okay, it didn't have the bass of the An39, but yes, I said WOW...

Gorgeous build as always. Did you go series or shunt with the regulators? I’d be very interested in seeing a schematic of your PSU to understand how you’ve modified Walt’s originals. How similar are these to your 811 regs?
