Lesse... most amps produce voltage gain, not convert voltage linearly to power. (As a SWAG, power goes up with the *square* of the voltage. Our ears also have a logarithmic response, so this also makes sense.) So at 5V, you get 150W. Half voltage (2.5V in) and you get quarter power, only ~38W.
My calculations show you're running about 14W max., which sounds much more reasonable, and makes sense to me too. 🙂

Changed my mind again...I love my TL towers, so I guess the best way to match 'em up is with TL TUBES! I was thinking about Wave Canon, Sonosub, now I will rest my decision on more TLs! I think I'll do my whole 5.2 system with TLs, although centre channel would be tuned higher and perhaps a ditto with the surrounds.
