OK Handak, as SY is clearly saying you posted an ad for commercial equipment, may I ask you some questions:
where can I buy this kit?
is it delivered stuffed or do i have to solder?
How much will it cost, delivery to europe.

Are the clock and the different supplies fed from different supplies?
Do you supply a schematic before buying?

What you declare 'Non-feedback AMP' is a buffer or an amplifier or LPF?
As I know, it is really hard to design a non-feedback amplifier which can provide -120dBc 1kHz THD into 600 ohm (100k ohm is another thing)

This circuit is indeed a 'Non-feedback AMP' is an amplifier and a buffer for the LPF
Indeed difficult to achieve extremely low distortion, and here more stringent paired transistor and careful debugging, circuit similar to the PHILIPS LHH-900 CD PLAYER AMP
Could it be that K213/J76 transistor load can not afford to 600 ohms?
This the REF-2012 DAC does achieve extremely low distortion.
