Manoj, EMI bomb on AM ? It certainly looks like it would spray EMI all over the AM band just like mine did.

Hi tekko,
i agree your point EMI is high on this design.full shield will reduce EMI.

I've made up my mind that shielding is just sweeping the problem under the rug.
Instead of putting my amps into these rf shielding boxes, im tackling the problem itrself and i wont give up until my modules can be mounted inside a AM receiver with no shielding what so ever and still cause no interference what so ever.
I know for a fact the hypex UcD modules can be put inside the same chassis as a AM receiver without shielding with no effect what so ever on AM reception.

I'd say the MAX913 as it uses less power than the clunky old LT1016, though i have not tried the 1016 as it is so insanely grossly expensive. The max aint cheap either though so if i have success in deleting the EMI i might try the third dropin option which is a comparator from Analog Devices, the AD8561 which seem to be the cheapest of the three and also still readily available.
Hi Tekko,
Filter coil is generating more RF.shield coil will reduce RF and good coil will reduce EMI.

Hi Aman,
SPP80N10 or IXTP80N10T
IXTP80N10T is good.
using AUD600 you will get +/-47V/15A DC supply @600W RMS 4R load

very nice diagram cheers.
hi
at low volume irs1500 cannot start oscillating ,green led blink with sound ,when volume little high then amp start oscillate then sound is clear and normal,
what is problem(2110+4049+tl071 ic)

hi Manoj, whether the circuit has undergone several trials? how the results if conceded DC? regards
have you managed to test it?. and what are its advantages over a relay one?
Hi stewin,
yes tested with 10A load with +/-72V supply and it is very fast less than 5ms

Asking Schematic diagram of AUD600
Dear monaj,
Could you please share the final schematic diagram of AUD600 project, I want to build it by myself as my First project in clasd D amplifier,
This is my email address (syaelend@gmail.com)
Thank you for your kindness..
