Use the supply voltage on the terminals. Pin 4 is +15.
You are likely getting a pop when you push the buttons. The fans are, in part, driven by the signal level.

There is a transistor marked KB which connects to the positive terminal of the leds and I bet no voltage on that pin .
Do you happen to know what Transistor KB is and if I can sub it for anything for testing

The gate and drain of that transistor have 13 volts but the source has 0.00 volts and the spice is what connects to the positive tension of the leds .
Should I have voltage on the source pin or no

When you drive audio into the amp, do you see any activity on any of the TL074 terminals (on the scope)?
Q200 is defective I pulled it off the board and tested it .
Is there a sub I can use for it for testing

Order the right part. If you simply want to test the circuit, hardwire a PS FET to the pads (using small flexible wire).
That’s the issue I hooked up a 3205 and the leds work perfect .
So the part number you suggested is the one I should order correct ?

It appears to be from what I found but I don't know for certain. You'll probably have to find a sub.
