I will post back later in the week I have to order some parts since it blew the regulator again .
Back to this amp . Got the parts in and replaced the regulator circuit again .
I have a couple more things I have to install yet .wondering what pins do I jump on the amp to see if I get audio without the preamp board .

Ok amp is playing clean audio .
I don’t see any 10 ohm resistors burnt or out of tolorance on the preamp board .
Should I replace the opamps anyway ? Since last time i plugged in the board it blew the regulator

It's rare that they all survive a failed regulator but if they did, I don't think I'd replace them. You should, however, test thoroughly.
I checked all the 10 ohm resistors on the preamp board twice all of them test fine .
What else should I check on the board so I don’t blow the regulator circuit again when it’s plugged in . Since last time it instantly blew the positive regulator

I’m assuming it did since the amp was idling perfect last time I checked it and I powered it down and plugged the preamp board back into the amp .
As soon as I powered it back up with the preamp board plugged in The regulator failed along with the cap and a couple of resistors

Ok I replaced the opamps on the preamp board .Plugged in the preamp board and all the settings work and amp produces clean audio .
There is still a problem tho .
None of the leds light up on the preamp board .any ideas on what to check next ?

Did you try all of the various settings for the LEDs?
The LED driver IC could have been damaged if it was powered by the regulator.

U301 is the microcontroller that drives them.
What is the supply voltage across terminals 1 and 8?
Do you see any activity on any of the other terminals (on the scope)?

Do you have a pic of the preamp board that I have in this amp ?
Wanna make sure I installed the opamps on the right direction .
I have a problem with the preamp board still .
If I start pushing the buttons or adjusting the pots the fans kick on and off then stay on steady
