I don't know this amp. If it uses TO-220 FETs, I'd use the IRF3205 FETs.
Is this a transformer drive supply?
Did the gate resistor burn?
Photos?

I've already put 50n06 but it keeps burning, I think the tl494 is also burned, I've seen that in this amp, the 8200x35 caps are swollen
placing the tip of the oscilloscope on pins 8 and 11 I have no square wave Q625 and Q626 are also burned.
Ok, I'll take some pictures, but I've already removed what was burnt and cleaned the board.
It could be something else burnt, which is why the MOSFETs in the power amp excitation transistors burn out. It could be the REC602 and REC601 diodes and the 8200uFX35V capacitor, which could be the problem. But try to post pictures, ok?

The rectifiers can, but rarely fail. They can easily be checked. The rail caps (rail caps, in general) rarely fail.
I'll wait until I can see what you have but you should (virtually), never burn an FET when testing. You either use a current limiter (I prefer a large 2 ohm resistor) or insert a low-rated fuse (more costly) but you always tightly clamp the FETs to the heatsink when there could be a problem. Add to that, you virtually always confirm that you have a good drive signal (properly loaded) before installing the FETs.
Physically burn?
Are they clamped to the heatsink?
Starving an amplifier for current has caused SOOO many problems. Is that the only supply you have?

yes, just this 12v 1a source to test before putting it in a 13.5v 35a 50a source with all the power transistors and with normal PWM, I'm taking pictures ok
