What way can replace the T471 for the amplifier to operate? as it is a piece that can not be traced easily.
I reassembled the T 471, I have continued to investigate and I find this:

If the IC doesn't shut down with only the primary driven, the transformer isn't shorted. There are two sets of secondaries, I'd recommend connecting the one that produces the ±15v supplies for the op-amps. If the IC still doesn't shut down, reconnect the other set of secondaries.

Watched the video. Im betting it is a shorted voltage regulator fet.
Also do not turn on the amp that long without those voltage regulators having a heatsink to dump heat into. They get HOT VERY quickly and will die easily.
