Mounting semiconductors : mylar insulators

I'm building a Tubelab SE.
I'm reading the manual and reviewing the parts I ordered from Digikey (thanks George).

The thing is that it says to mount a mylar insulator between the heatsink and the semiconductor, but Digikey did not send me these insulators.

Should I have buyed them (there wasn't a key in parts list) or should they have come with the semiconductors?

Now where can I find them o replace with what?

Sorry, not thinking, didn't correct the quotation from the questioner. Either use mica with heat-sink compound or silicone and no compound.

Many thanks to all, I live in Spain and I'm pretty sure I'll find them in an electronic shop.

My other problem now is how to lower the voltage of the trasformer to match the 630-0-630 , as I ordered a 700-0-700 one.
