Pimoroni PhatDAC working on RPi0 for me; I set up network first then updated via "check for software updates" in System Configuration.
Once update installed I was able to set Pimoroni PhatDAC in System Configuration, Audio.
I have 2.7 installed on RPi0 with PhatDAC, when I go under system configuration and update, it states I have the latest version and does not update to 3.0...

Just checking-in to say all has been glitch free since I moved over to wifi from homeplug and thanks again for everybody's help on this.
Excellent news. Glad it's resolved.
is it a known problem?
with small screen smartphones, like iphone 5,5s etc there is a problem with webGUI
in case of scrolling down, the last rows of sources list wil be hidden by interface elements
in case of trying scroll down agressively it hangs up ))
and if there a reason not to support auto usb mount and DB update? sq? bugs?
another idea, it to shedule DB update at night etc, like LMS system do.

Hi,
Just tested Sources screen on iPhone5 and no issues. Are u running Moode as a IOS Home Screen app or just within Safari? If just within Safari, then save it as a Home Screen app.
What is the usage scenario where updating MPD DB every time a USB storage device is plugged in would be a benefit?
A scheduled auto-DB-update might be useful.

I see that NFS mounting occurs well after USB and that the wlan0 interface maybe holding networking up. I am not using the wlan0 interface.
I've noticed one of the new features in Moode 3.0 is "HDMI port on/off". Am I being too optimistic to think that enabling the HDMI port might allow HDMI-CEC control?
Can't make sec=ntlm stick in Mount flags
From experience with Volumio, I do need to use 'sec=ntlm' in the advanced options, mount flags (for SMB/CIFS). I can enter it (at the beginning of the mount flags), but when I click 'save' it shows the NAS server, not connected, and the advanced options show the entry has not stuck. How do I fix this? DN (latest version of Moode, downloaded and installed today, RPi+HifiBery DAC+Pro). I'm getting amount error 115
Also I changed the user name just now and the whole system has frozen. May have fixed this by powering off and on, not sure yet.

thanks for the new version ;-)
I have been using v3 on one Pi with advanced kernel and the same on a second Pi without the AC .. on the Pi with the AC, Airplay dropped sometimes when used over long periods (i.e. over night) other than that I couldn't find anything else ;-), thanks again !

yes within Safari. just tested home screen app and it is ok in that case, thanks. but in main Safari mode the bug is a problem
i am working on 3 pi hats on 3 Pis, turning them on and off often. all of them connected by ethernet cabling and uses DHCP, they changes their IP periodically with rebooting and moode.local doesnt work in 4 of 5 times, so i need to go and see list of connected devices in router webGUI and homeAPP safari link will be problematic to change every time.
Yes i know how to fix IP address )) but in that case if i forget to change settings, and bring system to another place for testing/demonstration there will be a problems with LAN.

for example in case moode is used as "full server mode" when user playing music not only from NAS but from USB sticks too etc. every time you plug in new USB storage device you need to go for settings to see files. in volumio for example it is much more easier.
and i find accessing local attached USB storage a good option. my Pi have big SSD in it so it works already as NAS )) but again any time i add new track i need to go for settings to update and play new music. and if somebody brings his USBstick to me i need to go for settings again and update.
may be a simple update button right in browse menu? there are a plenty of free space for buttons)))
may be a simple update button right in browse menu?
That is there already..😉 In Browse menu click on any source (right hand side menu symbol) and select "update this folder"

i know. and i call it "menu". 2clicks, can be only one!
in case you plug in new usb device it will not work, so main menu only.

if new storage attached you will not see it until updateDB in main "menu-sources"
sec=ntlm problem
OK, I appear to have fixed it. I finished up re-burning the SD card and starting over. This time the 'sec=ntlm' command appears to have stuck. The second error appears to have corrupted the src-config.php page. I was able to SSH into Moode and run mrestart.sh to unblock the freeze, but each time I tried the src-config page it froze again. The re-burn seems to have cleared the problem. And the music is playing.
