I am follow the subject with great interest . What happens with tweeters and whether you gonna ask for replacement of the defect one?
@Frank_HB , I think it is customary in vein of good customer service, that if the manufacturer provides a defective product, they make arrangements to return the defective product w/o expense to the customer.
I can see it very valuable from your point that you would want to get this product back to see if and why it is defective.
I sent defective tweeters to Kamm Lautcprecher, they received parcel ten days ago, but I still haven't got my money back..
So far I did not bumped into greater cheaters..
