Correction, the width should 400mm not 380mm as stated, the bass driver being 387mm in diameter.

Just make sure you ask Troels directly before making any meaningful changes to his design. I triple checked with him and he said, based on my models, that it should work as intended.
I further modified my design, changing the width of the medium driver cabinet to be the same width as the rest of the speaker, and also adding four routed holes on the top of the bottom cabinet, so the medium cabinet 'clicks in place' down to the millimetre, ensuring time adjustment is always spotless.

Bumping this thread reminded me of a simulation I was going to attempt earlier. It is just suggestive as it isn't to scale, and not all the diffraction sources shown are obviously visible. It does however demonstrate how the outer baffle regions can still have an effect, as shown by how different the top and bottom are.
