Then - left click and drag a LOOOOOOONG!!! rectangular box around the END of the long sweeping curve (when the voltage has stabilized).
Repeatedly do this until you can see the ripple, then just select a smaller portion to to get the 'nice' wave 😀

Thanks for the help, folks. I still can't duplicate the results shown above. I've inputted all the data shown including the stepped load. Simulation quits with an error message:
"A current sink has pulled the voltage below zero for more than 5 mains cycles, at a time 1.907917S"

as an aside....no load voltage today was 410VDC w/ <8mV ripple on what will be the 6V6 anode line!! I'd hazard a guess (the resistor isn't in there yet, hence I can't measure properly) that the 12SN7 line will be almost pure DC
