Does the + terminal of the round bridge rectifier (assuming since I'm working blind) go to the input terminal of the regulator?
I also double checked and the output at pin3 is also 14.9v. I do see some discoloration by pin 2 as well.
Ok so + of the rectifier goes to pin 1 of q20. Then pin3 of q20 goes to the input on regulator. If i ohm out + from rectifier to input of regulator I get 65 ohms through q20
Please (and this applies to anyone who needs repair help) use your sig line to list all equipment you have, editing it as equipment changes. Include the model numbers.

Pin 11 has solid ground. Also tested input voltage on the regulator and I have 17v input to pin 1
I think the TLC2274 is the equivalent of the CA5470 in the following diagram.
The driver section is different in your amp. I don't have any diagrams for any MMATS amps.
