Mission Cyrus 2 balance control elimination

I measured 38V across the capacitors.
considering that the current Elna capacitors are 50V 85C degrees rated and they are in this amplifier for more than 10 years I can only assume that 63V 105C degrees rated capacitor is not a must (the original capacitors had the same voltage and temp ratings).
I'm genuinly trying to understand what makes the BC components a better capacitor? or why the Cornell dublier considered inferior?
